Ingredients

30 oz
can sauerkraut
3 Tbsp
caraway seed
1 c
water
1 medium
onion, sliced
1/4 c
sugar
1 medium
potato, grated

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients except potato in a saucepan. Let simmer, stirring occasionally, until onion is transparent. Stir in potato. Just bring mixture to a boil, cover. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Makes 4-6 servings.
