- 32 oz. bag shredded hash browns
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper, to taste
1Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 13x9 baking dish.
2Pour potatoes in baking dish, pour cream over. Sprinkle in salt and pepper.
3Bake uncovered until potatoes are glazey and slightly brown on top, about 1 hour.
