Method:

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1 pkg
(10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
6
potatoes, peeled and chopped
1/2 c
chicken broth
1/2 c
(1 stick) butter
1 c
sour cream
1 Tbsp
chopped onion
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
dried dill week
1 c
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large crockpot place potatoes and cover them with 1/2 cup of broth, spinach (undrained), butter, onion, dill and salt.

Cook, covered, on LOW for 6-7 hours or on HIGH for 3 hours.

Mash potatoes in a large bowl or right in the crockpot. Stir in sour cream. Transfer to a large casserole dish and top with cheddar cheese.

Place under the broiler for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese melts. Serve with your favorite meat dish.
