- 1/4 c

- light tex-mex kraft cheese
1Cook macaroni as directed on package. Drain
2In the same pot, on medium heat, add butter and melt, then add flour and mix with whisk quickly it will look like a paste, then add milk and continue to whisk till blended, add salt and pepper to taste, keep whisking on med heat till mixture has thickened.
3Remove from heat, add cheese and mix till cheese is all melted, add cooked macaroni and mix up really good.
