This is a staple on the table for anyone's birthday or any holiday! Hope you will try this and love it as much as we do. It can be made the night before and baked the next morning.

Ingredients

16 oz
sour cream
8 oz
shredded mild cheese
1/2 stick
butter, unsalted
1 tsp
black pepper
1/2 tsp
salt
1 pkg
=to 1 sleeve of ritz crackers
30 oz
frozen hashbrowns, thawed
1 can(s)
small- cream of chicken soup

Step-By-Step

1In a large bowl mix all ingredients together except fot the crackers and butter.

2Spray a 13x9 inch baking dish with non-stick spray.

3Pour all ingredients into the dish. Crush your crackers and crumble on top. Slice butter into very thin slices covering the top.

4Bake in a preheated oven of 359 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Remove and let sit for 5 minutes!!!
