Jeanne Ladimir Recipe

Easy Creamy Spinach Casserole

By Jeanne Ladimir Jeannemeenie

This is so simple to make! I always triple the recipe because we will have it the next day (tastes better) and I freeze the other part. I love French's French Fried Onions so I will add a little more than the recipe calls for. You could also substitute the fried onions with bacon bits. This recipe is creamy and very filling.

Enjoy! :-)

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Very simple - mix all ingredients in a greased casserole dish except the 3 tbsp of shredded Parmesan (I use my hands because it really blends it well). Once that is mixed, sprinkle remaining 3 tbsp of shredded Parmesan cheese on top.
2
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until it is bubbly and the cheese is a golden color (longer if you are doubling the recipe).
3
Cover casserole with the remaining french fried onions and bake for a few minutes until they are golden brown. Enjoy!!! :-)
