EASY BROCCOLI STUFF CASSEROLE

This recipe came about as I was trying to eliminate the left overs from the fridge after a week of cooking. I decided to make a casserole with my findings, and then grill some steaks to go with it. This is the stuff I found, hence the name of the dish.

Needless to say, this was a great idea, and I didn't need to throw out anything. A repurposed meal almost by accident, simply by adding the soup and a couple of spices I had a perfect side dish. Baked it in the oven for 45 minutes and dinner was ready.
