ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE

This easy asparagus casserole is creamy, chessy and delicious. All you have to do is toss the ingredients into a slow cooker and let the slow cooker do all the work. This is great as a vegetarian main course or as a vegetable side with meat or chicken.

Ingredients

2 pkg
asparagus, frozen spears, thawed
1 can(s)
condensed cream of celery soup
1 can(s)
condensed cream of chicken soup
2 c
crushed saltine crackers
1 c
cubed velveeta cheese
1
large egg, slightly beaten

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients well. Pour into a lightly greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on high setting for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
After cooking , dish may be held on Low setting for up to 2 hours before serving.
