Yumlicious rice

Super easy, great with chicken. My three year old tears it up and doesn't even notice the veggies she is devouring

2 Tbsp
corn oil
1/4 c
chopped celery
1/4 c
chopped onions
1/4 c
shredded carrots
chicken bouillon cube
2-3 dash(es)
garlic salt
1 tsp
black pepper
2-3 dash(es)
seasoning salt
1 1/2 c
uncooked rice
1 can(s)
broccoli cheddar soup


1put oil and veggies in the bottom of your pan and add seasoning and bouillon over top. stir it around a bit until you can smell the onions cooking.
2add your rice and stir it around until the rice starts to brown just a little bit.
3pour about 3 cups of water in, stir, reduce heat to low, cover with a lid and let the rice cook completely.
4when the rice is cooked stir in the broccoli and cheddar soup. let it simmer for about two minutes. serve it hot!!!
