I have had persons ask "How to Cook PERFECT Rice", as they just have a problem Cooking rice.
So I hope this may help beginning New Cooks or any Persons having difficulity Cooking Perfect Rice.

DO NOT WASH RICE, I USE ONLY LONG GRAIN RICE.
Note:
Pearl rice becomes gummy if used.

I have never had my rice fail me, following my directions to a T.

"RICE" good anytime, breakfast Lunch dinner and snack desserts too.

Ingredients

BRING WATER/ SALT & OIL TO A BOIL

2 C
water
1/2 tsp
salt
1 Tbs
butter or cooking oil

ADD RICE THEN COVER

1 cup
long grain rice ( do not wash rice) use only long grain rice

LOWER HEAT TO SIMMER, COVER AND SIMMER 20 MINUTES, (SET TIMER)

Directions Step-By-Step

Bring salted water & oil to Rolling boil
before adding long grain rice.
ADD RICE.

COVER with a lid;
Lower Heat to simmer.
SIMMER 20 min. remove from heat.
Fluff with fork,

Note:
the oil or butter keeps rice from being sticky .
ENJOY, you should have perfect rice.
