- cream of chicken soup. or celery or mushroom
- 1 box
- rice a roni or your fav store brand
- 1/2 c
- miracle whip salad dressing
- chopped onion
1These measurements are for an 8x8 dish. For a larger family or more servings, double the recipe. This is a VERY forgiving recipe. Line pan with nonstick foil or spray with cooking spray.
2Prepare rice to directions on package,undercook by 3-5 minutes. In a large bowl or in the baking dish add the other ingredients and stir carefully.
3Crush potato chips of any variety your family likes and top the casserole. Bake at 375 for 25 min. and then turn oven down to 325 for an additional 15 min.
