Ingredients

4 c
rice (cooked)
1 pkg
frozen chopped broccoli (steamed/boiled)
1
container (10oz) philadelphia pourable cream cheese garlic & savory flavor
1/4 c
parmesan cheese
3/4 c
milk
1 1/2 Tbsp
butter in small pieces
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
black pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook your rice according to package directions, set aside.
Steam or boil your broccoli till just tender, remove and set aside.

In a large bowl, add the Philly Pourable Cream Cheese, your milk, and your salt and pepper. Mix till thoroughly incorporated.

To the cheese and milk mixture, add your rice , then broccoli and mix well.
Pour mixture into a pre-sprayed 13 X 9 baking dish, or casserole dish of your choice. Sprinkle on your cheese.

Dot dish with the butter. Bake in a preheated 375F oven for 35-45 minutes or till lightly golden!!
