Ingredients

ROAST

3 lb
top round roast
1 tsp
ea. granulated garlic, granulated onion, blk pepper
1 Tbsp
olive oil

ROASTED RED POTATOES

8 small
red potatoes, halved or quartered
1 tsp
blk pepper, mrs. dash original blend
2 tsp
olive oil

Directions Step-By-Step

NOTE: Baked beans are Baked Beans-low fat, low sodium

Rub meat with seasoning and sear on both sides in olive oil for about 3 min.(each side). Deduce heat to med, cover and cook on each side about 7-10 depending on thickness of meat and doneness preferred. Let rest for 15 min, slice thinly against the grain.

Toss cut red potatoes in olive oil, sprinkle with pepper and Mrs. Dash. Place in skillet on med-low heat, cover. Cook for about 30-45 min. moving potatoes around about every 10 min. till fork goes through easily.
