Ingredients

4 large
russet potatoes
olive oil
lemon juice
1 Tbsp
oregano, dried
salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 400

2Cut the potatoes in 8 wedges

3Put the potatoes in a bowl and cover with olive oil and the juice of one lemon. Set aside for one hour.

4Lay the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet, and season with salt, pepper, and oregano

5bake for 30-45 minutes
