Since I have Grown Parsley in the Garden this Year, I decided to make these patatoes.
Quick tasty and Simply easy to fix.
I think You'll enjoy.

Cut the taters in Wedges, as they will cook faster in the Microwave.

Ingredients

6 med
red potatoes cut in wedges
1/2 tsp
thyme
1/2 C
beef broth
1 Tbs
parsley chopped fine
OPTION
you can add a little melted butter after cooking when serving at the table (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

Place potatoes in a 2 Qt microwave dish
DO NOT ADD SALT. . . . .

measure the thyme and broth mixed together, pour over the potatoes.
Sprinkle the Parsley over the wet potatoes

cover the dish, microwave on high 15 min. when done set aside to cool slightly for dinner.

Can add Melted butter to Your Taters.
