Cut the taters in Wedges, as they will cook faster in the Microwave.

- red potatoes cut in wedges
- 1/2 tsp
- 1/2 C
- beef broth
- 1 Tbs
- parsley chopped fine
- you can add a little melted butter after cooking when serving at the table (optional)
1Place potatoes in a 2 Qt microwave dish
DO NOT ADD SALT. . . . .
2measure the thyme and broth mixed together, pour over the potatoes.
Sprinkle the Parsley over the wet potatoes
3cover the dish, microwave on high 15 min. when done set aside to cool slightly for dinner.
Can add Melted butter to Your Taters.
