For talapia: Place about 3 c. of corn flakes and seasoning in food processor and reduce to coarse crumbs. Pour crumbs into bowl. Mix one egg and 1/2 c of milk together in another bowl, and put about 1-2 c. of flour in another bowl. Dip talapia in flour, then wash, then corn flake crumbs. Bake in a 400° on a baking sheet sprayed with olive oil. Spray top of fish with olive oil, bake for 15min. Flip fish over and spray with olive oil and bake another 15 min.
Black beans: Put one half bag of black beans and one half bag of 15 bean mix in crockpot with a smoked ham hock, 1/2 c of stale coke zero, cumin and jalapeno. Full to about 2/3 full with water. Cook on low overnight.
