1Cook, drain, and mash potatoes.
2Beat cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth. Add potatoes and all remaining ingredients, and then beat until combined. Spoon into lightly buttered two-quart casserole, cover and refrigerate.
3Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking. Uncover; sprinkle paprika on top (if desired). Bake uncovered at 350 degrees about 40 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.

I made a recipe VERY close to this for Thanksgiving a few years back. I liked it 'cause I could make it a day in advance and bake that day. It was creamy and good!

I also made a recipe similar to this one, but mine had chopped green onions and crumbled bacon, and topped with shredded cheddar cheese. It was fantabulous!!!
