Ingredients

2 lb
fresh green beans
1/2 pkg
hickory smoked bacon
1
red onion
1 tsp
cruched red pepper flakes
3 medium
red potatoes
2/3 c
low sodium chicken broth
2 clove
garlic

Step-By-Step

1Cook bacon.
2Sauté onions and pepper flakes in bacon grease, add green beans, potatoes and chicken broth.Cover and cook until potatoes and beans are tender.
3When beans and potatoes are tender remove cover. Add garlic and cook until broth has evaporated.
4Add salt and pepper.
