Needed a side dish, and low on money. This was just what I needed.

Ingredients

2 medium
potatoes cut to disired sizes
1 tsp
fresh rosemary- chopped or crushed
1 clove
garlic
2 Tbsp
butter, melted
2 Tbsp
olive oil
dash(es)
salt and pepper to taste
a lot of
paprika (optional)

HEAT OVEN TO 425 F

Step-By-Step

1Spray oven safe pan with non-stick cooking spray.


Melt butter and oil together in seperate dish
2Add garlic and rosemary to butter and oil.
3PAPRIKA is Optional
4Pour over potatoes, toss till well coated.
5bake potatoes in ONE LAYER, turning occasionally until golden and crispy
