Needed a side dish, and low on money. This was just what I needed.

Pan Fry

Ingredients

2 medium
potatoes cut to disired sizes
1 tsp
fresh rosemary- chopped or crushed
1 clove
garlic
2 Tbsp
butter, melted
2 Tbsp
olive oil
dash(es)
salt and pepper to taste
a lot of
paprika (optional)

HEAT OVEN TO 425 F

Directions Step-By-Step

Spray oven safe pan with non-stick cooking spray.


Melt butter and oil together in seperate dish

Add garlic and rosemary to butter and oil.

PAPRIKA is Optional

Pour over potatoes, toss till well coated.

bake potatoes in ONE LAYER, turning occasionally until golden and crispy
