Mix 1 beaten egg with 1/2 pt. of sour crea. Pour over potatoes, eggs and ham mixture. Then cover with 1/4 to 1/2 cup butter bread crumbs.
Melt 4 Tbsp. butter ina pan and add 1 cup plain breadcrumbs with 1 tbsp. parley. Cook till butter is absored and crumbs are browned.
