Dairy Free Italian Mashed Potatoes

I love potatoes and these are dairy free so they don't make me get sick and that makes me happy!

Ingredients

2
large baking potatoes
1/4-1/3 c
so delicious unsweetned coconut milk
3 Tbsp
non dairy butter
1 tsp
my bread dipping seasoning
salt to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Peel, dice and boil potatoes.

Mash and add in milk, butter and seasoning.

Stir it all up and serve hot!
Goes well with my Quick Beef Steaks recipe and steamed broccoli
