Corned Beef with Cabbage and Potatoes

Ingredients

1 large
corned beef
1 medium
cabbage
24 small
red potatoes
2 Tbsp
garlic powder
1 Tbsp
chives, dried
1/4 c
olive oil, extra virgin

Directions Step-By-Step

Put Corned beef in crock pot, cover with the enclosed seasoning packet, add water to cover. set on hight for 5 hours. Remove corned beef from water and slice

At 4 hour mark, heat oven to 350, cover potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder and chives. Cook for 1 hour

After Corned beef ad potatoes are done put sliced cabbage in a pot, cover with water and boil for 30 min, drain from water and season with sailt and pepper to taste
