I like to try different veggie dishes/casseroles, especially in the fall/winter. I find this one easy and good.

Ingredients

6 Tbsp
btter or margarine
1
can cream of chicken soup
1 c.
sour cream
1 Tbsp
died minced onion
1
32 oz. pkg. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
2 c.
cheddar cheese, shredded

Step-By-Step

1mix butter, soup, sour cream, and onions in a large bowl. Stir in thawed hash browns and cheese.
2Place in 9x13 pan. Bake 350 for 1 hr., til bubbly and slightly brown on top.
3if you cook just a little bit longer it will have a crunchy crust; season with just bit salt/pepper
