peeled and diced jerusalem artichokes
Boil the Jerusalem artichokes and beans for 20 mins. Drain both. Place in food processor.
Add all ingredients except chives. Blend till puree is formed. Add more water and almound milk for thinner mash. Mix in diced chives by hand. Place in serving bowl. Bon Appetit!
