Ingredients

potatoes, boiled and peeled
1 small
onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
5
slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 oz
vegetable oil
1 oz
cider vinegar
1/4 tsp
oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp
water

Step-By-Step

1Slice potatoes thin and put in bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Sprinkle with chives if desired. Serve at room temperature. Makes 4-6 servings.
