3 Ways to bake potatoes!
The one with the slow Cooker is wonderful for crowds!
Prick with a fork all over, rub skins with olive oil.
Bake @ 400 for 1 hour.
Wrap the potatoes in foil.
Place them in your Slow Cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours!
BTW. In a lot of restaurants they are not baked at all, but wrapped in foil and then boiled in huge pots.
Prick them all over with a fork and them microwave them on high for 10 - 20 minutes. Depending on size and wattage of your microwave.
