Once a recipe from a Kosher cookbook, it has been modified over the years to become this low-fat version. Just as delicious, and very light and fluffy.

Ingredients

8 oz
wide noodles (can use yolk-free)
1 or 2 medium
apples, coarsely chopped
1 c
raisins
egg beaters (equivalent of 2 eggs)
8 oz
applesauce
1/2 c
dark brown sugar
2 Tbsp
honey
1 tsp
cinnamon
1/4 tsp
salt
1 tsp
vanilla extract

Step-By-Step

1While noodles are boiling, core & chop apple(s). Combine with all other ingredients in a bowl; mix thoroughly.
2Drain noodles; add to other ingredients and combine. Pour into an ungreased glass baking dish (the size will depend on how much you have).
3Bake in 325 degree oven for approximately 35 minutes, or until top is nice and brown.
