This is a healthy take on mac and cheese. Kids love it and its great and so easy

Ingredients

1 can(s)
evaporated milk
1 1/2 c
2% milk
2 Tbsp
minced onion
2 medium
yellow squash (shredded
3-4 c
shredded sharp chedder cheese
2 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin

CROCK POT MACCORRONI AND CHEESE

1 box
shell maccorroni pasta

Step-By-Step

1Pre-cook the pasta till they are almost done.

2Wile they are cooking mince the onion and shred the squash.

3In a large crock pot add the oil and onion and begin cooking. ( For cooking in 3-4 hours put on low for 1.5-2 hour cooking use on High)

4Drain the pasta.

5Add the pasta to the oil and onion. Then begin adding all other ingredients. Stir the mixture and let cook.
