This is the base sauce recipe I got in culinary class it's so good you can change it up however you would like to fit your tastes, burgers or sammies.

Ingredients

CILANTRO LIME SAUCE

1 c
mayonaise
1/4 c
seasoned rice wine vinegar (use up to 1/4 cup no more)
shallots or onions (sauted or roasted)
roasted garlic
handful fresh cilantro
juice from fresh lime
worcestershire sauce
chef jasons seasoning blend made without paprika
a little paprika
a little sugar

CHIPOLTE SAUCE

same as above except remove cilantro and lime use chef jasons regular seasoning blend and 1 can of chipolte pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth vary amount of ingredients to your taste.

This sauce is good with fish beef or chicken.
