- 3 c
- dry roasted peanuts (unsalted or lightly salted)
- 1 to 2 Tbsp
- olive oil
1In a large bowl, combine the peanuts and the oil. With a spoon, stir to mix well.
2Pour the oiled peanuts into a food processor. Process until very smooth. 3 to 4 minutes.
3Using a rubber spatula, transfer the peanut butter to a container with a tight-fitting lid. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
