Better Butter

This is a better way to have the goodness of butter without all the extra fat. Butter is so much better for you than margarine. It has gotten a bad rap over the years but it is better choice than man made margarine. Butter contains lecithin which helps break down cholesterol. It is rich in vitamin A which is necessary for healthy thyroid function.
It is best used in moderation of course and this is a great way to do it!! Enjoy!!

butter, not soft but at aroom temperature
1 c
flaxseed oil or any other organic cold pressed oil

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut butter into pieces.Put butter and oil in a food processor and blend until smooth. Spoon into a container and refrigerate. It stays soft in the fridge too!!
