Ingredients

3/4 c
butter, softened
2 Tbsp
brown sugar
2 Tbsp
honey
1 c
fresh cranberries, chopped
2 Tbsp
toasted walnuts, chopped

Directions Step-By-Step

In a small bowl, beat butter, brown sugar and honey, about 5 minutes. Add cranberries and walnuts, beat 5 more minute, or until butter turns pink. Transfer to a sheet of plastic wrap; roll into a log. Refrigerate until chilled . Unwrap and slice. Makes 1 1/2 cup.
