Ingredients

2 Tbsp
mild paprika
2 Tbsp
packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp
dry mustard
1 Tbsp
chili powder
1 Tbsp
onion powder
2 tsp
garlic powder
2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
ground cumin
1 tsp
ground cinnamon
1 tsp
ground black pepper

Step-By-Step

1Use the best spices and freshest ingredients that you can find for the best results.
2Use about half a tbsp to a whole tbsp per cut. Rub each cut with 1 tsp unsweetened apple juice, lemon juice, cranberry juice, balsamic vinegar, or white wine vinegar. Pat the rub in to make a think coating on all sides.
3For a deeper taste, coat with the rub, then cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or up to 24 hours.
4This rub can be used on pork, beef, chicken or fish.
