Ingredients

roma tomatoes
1
jalapeno
1/2 c
sweet onion, diced
1 c
pepper jelly
2 Tbsp
butter

Step-By-Step

1Dice tomatoes, finely dice jalapeno, and dice onion. Saute` them in 2 tbsp of butter till jalapeno and onion are tender.
2Add 1 c pepper jelly, mix and simmer about 10 min stirring occasionally.
