Ingredients

saltine cracker; squares
2 c
minced dry parsley
1/2 c
minced dried onions
2 Tbsp
dry dill weed
1/4 c
onion salt
1/4 c
garlic salt
1/4 c
onion powder
1/4 c
garlic powder
1 c
mayonnaise
1 c
buttermilk

Step-By-Step

1Put crackers through blender on high speed until powdered. Add parsley, minced onion and dill weed. Blend again until powdered.
2Dump into bowl; Stir in onion salt, garlic salt, onion powder, and garlic powder.
3Put into a container with a tight fitting lid. You can store this dry mixture at room temperature for up to 1 year.
4To make dressing: combine 1 tablespoon dry mix with 1 cup of mayonnaise and 1 cup buttermilk. Whisk until smooth. chill to thicken. This makes 42, 1 Tablespoon servings. Enjoy!
