A quick and easy dip for the holidays or just about anytime you want a snack.

Ingredients

8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
3/4 c
light ranch dressing
2 c
corn kernels
1/2 large
red bell pepper, diced
3
scallions, sliced
1 small
can sliced black olives, drained
1/4 tsp
cayenne pepper

Step-By-Step

1In lg bowl, beat cream cheese and dressing until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients, mix well.
2Spoon into a serving dish. Cover refrigerate 1 hr;. Serve w/ fresh cut veggies and crackers.
