Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip
unsalted butter, melted
heavy whipping cream
unsalted butter, room temperature
cream cheese, room temperature
mini chocolate chips
1Melt the 3 Tbsp butter in small sauce pan, add brown sugar & stir to combine. Bring to a boil, & boil 1 minute. Remove from heat & set aside to cool.
2In large bowl, whip heavy whipping cream, 2 Tbsp sugar & 1 tsp vanilla together until stiff peaks form. Transfer to another bowl & set aside (keep cool).
3In same mixing bowl, cream 2 Tbsp butter, cream cheese, sugar & vanilla.
4Slowly add powdered sugar, and flour, to cream cheese mixture, beat until well combined.
5Add brown sugar butter mixture to the mixing bowl, and beat until well combined.
6Carefully fold in whipped cream, then chocolate chips. Mixture will be very soft.
7Refrigerate for 3 hours, or overnight. Serve chilled, with lots of choices for dipping.
