Ingredients

3 large
ripe avocados, peeled and cubed
3 medium
tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 1/2 c
chopped sweet red pepper
1 small
onion, chopped
1-2
jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
3 Tbsp
minced fresh cilantro
1/4 c
lime juice
salt to taste
tortilla chips

Step-By-Step

1In a bowl , combine the first 8 ingredients; mix well. Serve at once with chips. Refrigerate left overs. Makes 5 cups.
