- 3 cups seeded and chopped watermelon
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tbs seeded and chopped jalapeno pepper
- 2 tbs chopped freshe cilantro
- 2 tbs lime juice
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
1In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients.
