Ingredients

3
milanesa cut or paper thin sirloin steaks
2 small
russet potatoes
**eggs
**pico de gallo
**2 % cheddar, shredded
**spray oil
**olive oil
**my wet rub, see link

Step-By-Step

1Wash potato and dry. Cut into small cubes. Add about 1 Tbl. of olive oil in hot skillet, cook and brown with lid on for about 15-20 min till tender.
2Marinade or wet rub, reduced sodium
Use outdoor grill, skillet or griddle. Season steaks and cook about 3 min per side.
3Using my elec. griddle, I cooked the eggs, I like sunny side up, so I cook on a low heat with a lid over the egg.
4Pico de Gallo
Garnish with cheese and pico de gallo or salsa.
