handsful flat-leaf parsley

fresh basil leaves

fresh mint leaves

garlic clove, crushed
1 Tbsp
creamy dijon mustard
1 Tbsp
drained capers

anchovy fillets
1/2 tsp
red wine vinegar
5 oz
olive oil
salt and black pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Place parsley, basil, mint, garlic, mustard, capers, anchovy, vinegar and oil in a food processor or blender; pulse to a puree. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Serve at room temperature.
