Pineapple Salsa

This is super simple, and great to put on top of baked or grilled fish, chicken, or on top of salads.

1/4 medium
fresh pineapple, peeled and diced
2 Tbsp
finely minced onion
2 Tbsp
finely chopped cilantro
1/2 small
diced jalapeno, to taste


1Combine all ingredients. You can use immediately, or it keeps in the fridge several days.
