Ingredients

tomatoes, diced
2 large
onions, finely chopped

medium tomatillos, chopped

serrano peppers, finely chopped
1 Tbsp
oil
1/2 tsp
white vinegar
1 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper
cilantro leaves, finely chopped

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients together.
2Can be served right away or chilled for several hours.
3It is best the same day because of the fresh tomatoes, but keeps well for several days. Yields 2 cups.
4Serve as a relish or better yet, as a condiment on fajitas.
