This is delicious served with fajitas as well as nachos! It's nice that it can be made ahead of time.

Ingredients

ripe avocado, peeled and cubed
4 Tbsp
fresh cilantro, chopped
2 medium
tomatoes, diced with skins on
1/2
white onion, chopped
2
fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
1
juice of 1 lime
salt, to taste

Step-By-Step

1combine all ingredients in a medium sized plastic or glass mixing bowl.
2cover, and reserve until serving time.
