Ingredients

sour cream
1 c
yogurt, plain
1/4 c
snipped parsley
1/4 c
snipped fresh cilantro
1 tsp
ground cumin
1/2 tsp
salt
2 medium
cucumbers, pared,seeded and shredded coarsely

1Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
