Ingredients

1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried marjoram
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1⁄2 teaspoon black peppercorns
2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon lemon zest

Pound all the ingredients in your mortar with your pestle, until fine and well combined.

Store in an airtight container in fridge for 1 month.
