Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a wire whisk.
Put into a jar with a tight fitting lid and label. Store in a cool dry place.
This will last for up to 6 months. This will make 6-1 1/4 oz. packets (2 tbsp. each)
If you use this in a taco, brown 1 lb. of lean ground meat (beef, turkey, chicken) over med. heat in a fry pan. Reduce and cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stir occasionally. Makes enough to fill 8-10 tacos.
