- 1 1/2 tsp
- 1/2 c
- all purpose flour
- 2 1/2 c
- shredded cheese (cheddar, or a blend of american and jack)
1Heat milk over medium heat until just hot.
2In a large sauce pan, melt butter. Add flour and whisk until smooth.
3Add hot milk, stirring constantly.
4Add shredded cheese. Cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring frequently, until smooth and thick.
