Yummy! I tried this on french fries like Jen suggested and this was a big hit in the Test Kitchen. I am sure that it will be just as good on a hot dog. I'm definitely making this again for my next cookout!

Ingredients

small onions, chopped fine
1 clove
garlic, chopped fine
1 1/2 lb
hamburger - 80/20 mix
1 can(s)
tomato paste
1 - 2 tsp
chili powder
1/2 tsp
hot pepper, crushed red
1 tsp
paprika
2 tsp
chili sauce
2 c
water
1
chicken bouillon cube

Step-By-Step

1Use fry pan saute onions, garlic and hamburger.
2Cook together until hamburger is done, drain.
3Then add tomato paste,chili powder,hot pepper, paprika,chili sauce, water and chicken bouillon cube.
4Cook for 2 hours.

Serve over warm, grilled hot dogs, or french fries,etc...
