- olive oil, extra virgin
- 6 clove
- garlic peeled and smashed
- 3 sprig(s)
- rosemary sprigs
1Put garlic and rosemary into a pint jar.
2Pour on olive oil cover to cover garlic and rosemary. Cover and put in a cool dark place for 20 days.
3After 20 days strain and pour into medium bottles, put a fresh rosemary sprig in each bottle.
4Store for 2 more weeks before serving.
